With immense gratitude for CAAP and Annette Shun Wah in particular, and MTC, I was able to participate in a week long workshop that is step 1 of a 2 year program. Along with 12 other emerging Asian directors from across Australia, I got to hang out with Sarah Goodes and Dean Bryant, the creative directors at MTC, we got to dig into some text, and direct VCA students in some scenes. It was a fulfilling week, and I can't wait for more.
